You can put subtitles on (there's an option on the bar below the video) but as you'll see they're not accurate, but they'll help you to understand the speech.
What do you think, carrots and stick system works or AUTONOMY/MASTERY/PURPOSE will change the world? I'd like to see your comments posted. Do you think it's possible to change the system? How would you do it?
It's very interesting!Well, in my opinion, using the carrots and stick system you can almost only motivate animals. I mean,if you tell to a dog 'Sit down and give me your paw' it will do it correctly because he wants to get the prize.
ReplyDeletePeople are different, if you tell to somebody 'Do that and you will get something', people get nervous and they will do it wrong. So, with the Autonomy/Mastery/Purpose system motivate people could be easier. If you let people do whatever they want whenever they want with the only condition that they must do something, you will improve the results and people will be happier.
I'm glad you found it interesting and that you agree with the system. We could use the same system to learn English...do it whenever and wherever you want but do it jejejejee....;O)))
