FINALLY...HERE I LEAVE YOU THE RECIPE OF 'BUÑUELOS' IN ENGLISH....just in case anybody feels like preparing them for next Wednesday Emoticon, gifs animado, smiley de o.k, de acuerdo, trato hecho HAVE A NICE LONG WEEKEND!!!

3 1/3 c. regular all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Salad oil for deep frying
Cinnamon coating

Sift flour, measure, then sift again with salt, baking powder, and sugar into a bowl. Add butter and rub into flour with your fingertips until mixture is like coarse meal. Beat eggs lightly with milk, then pour into flour mixture and stir until dough forms a solid mass. Turn dough out onto board, and knead lightly for 2 minutes or until smooth. Cut dough into balls the size of marbles and let stand 15 minutes.
Roll each ball on a lightly floured board into a very thin pancake 4 inches in diameter. Cut a hole in center with a thimble. After rolling out the circles of dough, place them in a single layer on waxed paper until ready to cook.

Fry in hot deep fat (375 degrees) until puffed and golden brown, about 30 seconds on each side. Drain on paper towels. Use following coating. Makes 6 dozen sugar-coated Bunuelos.

Mix 1 cup granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a bowl. As Bunuelos are still warm, shake in sugar mixture. Works well with one person frying and one shaking in sugar mixture.
Hope this helps!!

GUESS THE MOVIE

I have opened a WIKI  and I've sent you an invitation by email to join it so you can write your film review for your classmates to guess which film is being described.

I think you have to open an account to participate in it. If you have any problem send me an email.

Below I have copied the text that you will see on the wiki, and you have to start writing from it on, you could also see your partners contribution and I want you to try to guess any of the films your classmates are describing.

GUESS THE MOVIE
This is a shared space for everybody to write the description of a film that your classmates will have to guess.

So, write the description of any film you have seen and also try to guess the film your classmates are describing.

Hope you enjoy the activity and I hope you actively participate in it!!!!!!

Let's see if you guess this one: It's a film about a French girl , starred by Audrey Tautou, who had an unusual childhood - she didn't attend school because she was misdiagnosed with a heart problem- and when she becomes a woman she decides to help people and try to change the world by changing the life of the people she meets. She finds a box of toys in her flat and decides to take it back to the former owner and finally.... she finds love. Have you seen the film???
